Numen Logistix don't tick to promises

I chose to make use of Numen Logistix when I moved house from Helderkruin to Greymont. The company's quote was quite acceptable and it included the statement that they are insured if any damages should occur and I will be compensated.

While in transit a mirror was broken and the driver of the truck, "Zack", promised that the mirror will be replaced. after weeks of promises nothing happened. I then contacted "Brandon" at Numen Logistix and he promised he would look into the matter. Needless to say, nothing happened. After various e-mails and phone calls, the matter has not yet been resolved. Stay away from Numen Logistix.!
