I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding a serious issue with my NUMSA funeral policy. From July 2021 to February 2023, my account was incorrectly deducted R533 instead of the correct amount of R278 per week. To make matters worse, the refund I received was approximately R2,000, which does not accurately reflect the significant overdeductions I experienced. Despite my multiple attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication and support is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I sincerely hope that NUMSA will improve its customer service and resolution processes in the future.
