On the 26/07/2025 i bought daily lotto tickets for R45 at Spar in Doonside Kingsburgh Amanzimtoti, on the 27th I went to Pick n Pay to check the tickets but the machine couldn't scan them so I left went home. On the 30th July went to Pick n Pay again to check the tickets only to be told that the tickets was paid on the 28th which i didn't get the money. 3 weeks ago i had called the Ithuba customer service the gentleman told me to send an email and attach the tickets waited but didn't get a response then I called again the same guy told me he escalates it but after a week still no response yesterday i did a follow-up on the same email still no response. I want to know what is happening because I had used my hard earned money to play and when i won am being ******. The email address i had used is solomzij43@gmail.com. I am very disappointed because I have been playing the game since it was launched and have never experience such nonsense please i need answers asap. Regards,

After 18months and a very, very bad job re-lining our fiber pool. (tried to get them to fix the bad job then, to no avail) Don't even know where to start. Mare and Jono we now have to re-do everything at a major cost. Pool made bubbles and they are popping one by one. Losing water and everything is falling apart. Tiles just pops off, it is just crazy and you people are a sad case. We tried to support locals. As you Mare said we need to stand together, what a joke girl. You fooled us. I am not even upset. I can just say, I hope you sleep well at night. I know you closed NuPools and just hope that you stop. Just stop. If you do have any remorse, you are welcome to contact us to fix your mess. Your excuse of being sick is nonsense. You were only sick after our job and even while it was going on, you never ever even once came to the site. You sit in your home and get contractors to do the job and we had to manage it ourselves Just stop lying. On day 2 I send you photos of the mess that was going on. So stop lying. You blocked me after. I believe your number also changed. So please call me if you see this.

Nu Pools ( Mare & Jono from Melkbosstrand) utterly disappointed us. I will never in a million years recommend these people to install a swimming pool. The one disaster after another. They closed their company without informing us, changed the contact details, don't respond to any of our emails. We had to hear from the people who they recruited to assist with the installation of our pool, that Nu Pools failed to pay them for the work they did for them. They were so negative and left some of the work unfinished, so now we need to pay out of our own pocket to get the work done. Some of the rubble which they promised to fetch on a daily basis, was lying for over a week in front of my house, They failed to order the coping for our pool which resulted in our pool to be lying full or rubble, sand and dirty water for over a month. The list goes on and on.

Reading these comments I see we are not alone in being taken for a ride by this Company. The lady owner, Mare visited my guesthouse in June, only in October 2020 did we pay the 70% deposit for the pool to be re lined. We never received acknowledgement nor a start date and after 4 weeks we were concerned. They hardly ever answer the phone, tell mis-truths & make false promises, we did apply legal pressure to no avail.- They are very unsavory people. The pool was NEVER ever done, they have kept the money and we had to use an alternative pool company to do the job. They must have made alot of money by using this method of asking for 70% upfront then never starting the work. Shocking!

Nupools has disappeared with my deposit of R18 000. After pressurising me in December to pay the deposit in order to secure my slot before Christmas, then false promises that a team would come to reline my pool, there has been silence. The owners (Mare and Jono Toerien) are not answering calls or emails and have simply disappeared. I have laid a charge of fraud against them.
