My client had problems with her geyser and NuPower did the installation so they contacted them again to come and fix the problem having worked with them before. If I tell you it has been a nightmare that would be an understatement. NuPower did not take down the SNs for the old geysers and also could not provide the Sns for their own new geyser that they put in. When asked to issue a certificate of compliance for the geyser they had replaced they not only took about a week and a half to make the necessary arrangements to do the certificate but went to the clients premises and did additional work - meaning their work was not compliant to begin with! When we asked them about this they said they do not need to do all the stuff unless they get asked specifically for a COC, as far as I know (which has also been confirmed by others in the industry) the work needs to be compliant from the get go! Shocking. Not only do they try to defend themselves on not doing a full job they still have not sent the COC and its been 3 weeks since its been requested. To add the cherry on the whole cake they damaged my clients property and at first refused to fix it because we had taken too long to report it (this was 3 weeks or so after they had done the repair). After a long fight they eventually agreed to fix it but "only in January". The last straw was when they went to make the fixes to issue the COC and my client asked if they can take the old geyser out of the roof and the worksmen that were there had the audacity to have an attitude with her and say they will not because just now they damage her property again. I am shocked at the service here. Don't bother contacting the management either, they don't care and won't get back to you.
