Rude staff by the name of Monica and I am not sure that she gave me her correct name

Went to visit my mother in law got lost  as there was no security at the gate and first reception no one.  than I called my wife to give me  directions as it was my first time to visit this hospital than got approached in rude way 3 lady just yield at me while being on the phone. I tried to explain than they apologized but another one keep being rude by interfering my conversation with those one Who apologies. I went to her to ask her name she had no badge on her but she told me her name is Monica and she yield again  ‎In Xhosa "Hayi Suka" means go away. Very disappointed at this type of staff and I wonder if my mother in law is also  being treated the same way. ‎
