NUTEC ****MERS and CHANCERS
Please be aware that this so-called company Nutechouses. Capetown is trading as CVS CONSTRUCTION on Facebook (CVS CONSTRUCTION is a legit engineering company based in Namibia and South Africa). Nutechouses.Cape Town is using their physical address. The images on their website are house plans from AfriPanel. Some of the images are 10 years old and from another source. They claim to have many years of experience but the website was indexed in 2021 from an address in Loop Street, Cape Town. The contact cell number is unreachable. Please be aware that many of these Nutec and Wendy Homes websites are not legitimate. Please check out their credentials if they claim to be NHBRC registered. They are not. Check out the NHBRC website to check registration. I have reached out to a dozen such companies that proved *****. The level of outright deception is sky-high.
