No live tracking for 30 minutes. App shows a track and calling call centre shows another. We cannot track our vehicles. Free Life360 cell phone App works better.
Terrible live support. On hold for 1 hour and nothing
Been with Level-7 for years. This last year the service has gone down. Terrible for streaming with dreaded spinning circle or no internet at all. I pay for 300Mbs but lucky if I get 100, call center say this is normal, which is nonsense as used to have perfect service for years before.
MWEB worst service ever. Live chat does not work and they don't answer their phone after holding 30 minutes. My email been down for 4 days and escalated with no solution. 3rd in que waited 30 minutes and gave up. Tried calling sales but 13 in que.
Please fix your Knorr salad dressing plastic bottle caps which does not click closed. This has been a problem for a while now. If you shake the bottle, the ingredients fly out.
These guys had a huge recall in Australia and New Zealand May 2025 for defective grinders flaking off plastic posing a health risk. There were specific batches. The only problem is in South Africa they do not place stickers with batch number nor best before dates. Their website mentions this health risk but no mention of batches. How we know if these bad batches were returned from Australia and sold here.
If you are prepared to wait one month for delivery. They offer the best price and correct product. Online estimate delivery does not match 5 - 12 working days.
My cell phone and Debit Card was stollen which was used to tap. Standard Bank promises 5 to 7 working days turnaround but do not. ***** direct do not help with follow up. Their call center ***** Follow Up do not answer their phone after waiting 1 hour (Ph: 0800333058). They advertise that they offer a card protection security free service that protects against ****** card and *****ulent used if reported within 24 hours, which it was, but this is not true as they debited my account for *****ulently taken of my card as well card replacement charges. They have my police case number.
My life policy with Momentum since 2022 has been excessively overcharged on my premiums than what was stated on their policy. My advise is check your policy deductions.
