Since monday 16 May i am trying to get some help from someone at Unilever regarding a problem with the Sunlight competition. Needless to say they just dont care. Even spoke to Steven Talbot and he even dont care. Unilever have the best products in yhe world,but Unilever South Africa must get a Oscar for the worst customer service in the world. Bad experience from knorr unilever sa ..last year I’ve enter a competition from knorr buying knorr soup then WhatsApp the till slip. then November 2025 i receive a WhatsApp say congratulation you won a Air fryer 7.6L submit your name and your address i submit everything then 29 December 2025 i contact them for update of my prize they say couriers company are closed i will receive my prize on January 2026. Mid January i contact them they ignore my WhatsApp and February 2026 i contact them they still ignore my WhatsApp.now it’s march still i didn’t get my prize

I am regretting buying Sunlight Platinum antibacterial dishwashing liquid it doesn’t last, ìt finishes fast. Its no better than the cheaper brands. I have been a loyal customer for many years,but with this new Rhimno power its waste of money. I contacted customer care but received no response.

UNILEVER COMPLAIN:I bought OMO washing powder , 4 x 4 kg on Black Friday sale end of November, now I opened the last pack > It is >right word< stinking of surrage !.it is very obvious I don't have the till slip any longer from Spar. They cant help without a till slip. I called Unilever customer Care Center 0860 572 908 I end up in India! the person who answers is Indian and the english is accordingly , not to be understood! I called Johannesburg , Does not exist> I called Durban eventually ,The >lady < Female, Hardly speaks english ,however I was told if you need to complain about a product I Must cal India Nr: !!! I am in South Africa .I bought The product in South Africa an dnot getting assistance in South Africa?????. Is this our world of Customer service? SHOCKING ! UNILEVER !!

have been using Sunlight Washing Powder for many years without any issues. However, recently I have noticed that my baby’s clothes are losing colour after washing. A brand-new jumpsuit that I purchased faded significantly after just one wash, almost as if it had been bleached. I am concerned that there may have been a change in the product formulation. As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed and would appreciate your feedback on this matter.

Purchased Ola 1.8 L Ice Cream it is always UNDER-FILLED. Did complain spoke to Payel ( Unilever) regarding that problem. She gave R80 Wi-Code terribly insulted me, told me I must return empty tub ice cream to Checkers. Checkers isnt the manufacturer they are just a store selling Ola products Manufactured from Ola Unilever. Sies i will never buy this product again they don't value customers and love insulting customers. Please beware 1.8L is UNDER-FILLED 😠🙄😒

I have written to Unilever Customer support twice commenting on one of their products with no response. I realise they are busy but a generic "we have received your mail" does nothing to alleviate the problem at hand. If they are not going to reply why have the email address in the first place.
