Since monday 16 May i am trying to get some help from someone at Unilever regarding a problem with the Sunlight competition. Needless to say they just dont care. Even spoke to Steven Talbot and he even dont care. Unilever have the best products in yhe world,but Unilever South Africa must get a Oscar for the worst customer service in the world. Sanlam should get a Award of the worst customer service in South Africa. Trying to get them to release some of my pension money after the company i worked for went under. whenever i send a mail you will get back a mail from them saying they will get back in two working days. Needless to say, they never, ever come back. I will not suggest to any human to ever use Sanlam, Their customer service i rate lower than the SA Government.
If i can ever employ two people, then it will be Micaela McMaster and Thomas-Willem Engla. I was at the lowest point in my life today and Thomas just put me at ease and calm me down. Micaela: Wow. whenever i need info or want to know something i make contact with her. Never in the last few months did she not respond. She is always friendly / supportive and professional. Just want to say: Thanks a million.
