I am really disappointed with comfort (Unilever) they have a competition Monday with Shoprite, the 1st 1000 customers buy 2 400ml comfort they give your R400 off your bill. I was there when it opened and done by 8:18, it didn't minus, I assume they were taken, so went our group not one person got, so we ask comfort what is happening? PS I spend almost R600. By 10 o'clock we were getting messages on Facebook comfort had glitch theirs words I do have all screenshots, incl saying they let us know etc yesterday said we get our vouchers today. We haven't got anything from them. Worst part spoke to Shoprite said it was comfort glitch and not Shoprite and we deal with. Well they not coming back to anyone anymore. Shoprite said all voucher was finished already even though we were 1st (their words 1st 1000) but before their glitch we lost R400. The t and c wasn't available at time only come up after 10 o'clock. Looked like damage control. T and c said you can will but all screenshots etc 1st 1000 customers will guaranteed to win. It am shocked and so disappointed.
I am very disappointed with courier guy and pudo lockers, I been using them for years and yaga, on Tues I posted a xl locker and it went the next day, on Thursday my buyer got code and went and picked it up, it was small locker and nothing in locker, she contact me asking what's happening? So I contact courier guy, they can't tell me what has happened but they will get driver go back tomorrow morning and see. Ok. Friday about 12 I saw my parcel is still at hub now from morning so called again, spoke to lady and she said can she check and please hold, no worries, then other person come on phone apologize there was no xl locker so it went back to Hun, I had no problem with when are going deliver? He said Monday, ok. So i said him I just do want my buyer think it's ****. He said no don't worry I am going call her now and explain everything ok great I really appreciate it. This now 19:49 and no has called my buyer. Very bad service. I do not know if my package is at hub or not.
I have never been more disappointed, I bought 2 gas bottles from builders last week, and 30 min later I got message they have cancelled my order. OK. Greenstone called me to tell me my order has been cancelled cause wrong pricing,and it was a error on there website. But the kicker, I have see loads of people have got them on the price, ps I have photos and proof. Well I am still waiting for refund? How does that work? Quick to get money now I have wait 10 days plus? How does it work that some people got it and some didn't? Yes you have still got stock. Now how does it work with banking fees? Shocking and very disappointing.
