Sunlight liquid was always my go-to for dishwashing liquid. Lately I have noticed that the quality of the product is even worse than the least rated priduct available. First I thought it was just a bad batch but with the next purchase I realised Unilever changed the formula. Why the formula of such high quality was changed only they will know but it was a poor decision. I have now switched over to another product which cost more or less the same but at least have yhe quality I am paying for. Pretty dissappointed in this life-long product that I can no longer rely on.

I have ordered fibre installation from Vodacom on 13 May 2020. On 14 May they have confirmed my appointment for the installation on 22 May 2020 at 08:00. This morning I phoned the call centre to follow up as no one pitched at 08:00. The lady informed that the installation people can show up any time from 08:00 till 12:00. I indicated that this is not what was communicated to me and we had to put in leave for the day to be at home for the installation as we are essential workers. She said she would like to phone someone and get back to me. She did not. I followed up with another call to the call centre and the lady informed me that she cannot give me contact details of who to speak to - she can only follow up via an email but she cannot give me information on the service provider. At 13:00 I phoned again and the lady transferred me to the support line and I have been kept on the line for over half an hour with no assistance. We cannot take leave as and when it suits Vodacom. If they make an appointment they should stick to it.
I took my vehicle to Kia Witbank to replace the fuel pump for the second time in 4 months last Friday. After the repairs my hand brake is not working so I took the vehicle back on Monday. The workshop manager, Antoinette, promised to phone me on Tuesday to make arrangements to get the vehicle booked in at a branch closer to my work and since then I could not get hold of her. I have tried numerous times to call her and left several messages, but I don't get any response. In the meanwhile I am driving without a hand brake. I will make arrangements with another branch today and will rather take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs as I have had this same problem at Kia Witbank previously where the people assisting you promises to get back to you but then they never do.
