Nutralu Garcinia - Do not deliver on there adverts

Please do not buy from this company, they place a advert for medicine just pay for postage, I done the postage payment and till this day did not received my medicine, so in that time they deduct R1200.00 from my account for the next shipment because I did not let them know the medicine work for me or not. I phone them and tell them I did not even got my first medicine I want my money back. They informed me there is no supervisor to talk to I must phone back. On 17/2 I talk to Trixi she told me the payment will be paid back in one week, on 20/2 Lara told us in 2 to 7 days on 29/5 Lara told us a problem on there system still no supervisor pressent, on 7/6 Trix told us the payment will be made, on 14/6 sorry still system problem, no supervisor, on 21/6 she will talk to financial department to do the payment but still no supervisor. On 29/6 Lara will talk to supervisor but we can not talk to the supervisor. Please help me
