Bad bad service
I have trouble with my account, 6 days ago we sent 2 emails and still no reply. The customer service 135 is a no show if you phone the number and press 1 the reply is technical problem now how in the world can you get hold of Mtn

Nutralu Garcinia - Do not deliver on there adverts
Please do not buy from this company, they place a advert for medicine just pay for postage, I done the postage payment and till this day did not received my medicine, so in that time they deduct R1200.00 from my account for the next shipment because I did not let them know the medicine work for me or not. I phone them and tell them I did not even got my first medicine I want my money back. They informed me there is no supervisor to talk to I must phone back. On 17/2 I talk to Trixi she told me the payment will be paid back in one week, on 20/2 Lara told us in 2 to 7 days on 29/5 Lara told us a problem on there system still no supervisor pressent, on 7/6 Trix told us the payment will be made, on 14/6 sorry still system problem, no supervisor, on 21/6 she will talk to financial department to do the payment but still no supervisor. On 29/6 Lara will talk to supervisor but we can not talk to the supervisor. Please help me

BAD SERVICES and Poor after service
My seun het 'n sitkamerstel gekoop, na paar maande se gebruik het die 3 sitplek bank gebreek, die patent wat gebruik word op die bank is swak kwaliteit, die bank is terug gestuur fabriek toe en na 3weke se wag is die bank terug. 2 maande later is bank weer stukkend. Bank word weer ingestuur en 3 weke later is bank terug. Bank is nou weer ongeveer 3mand by ons terug en weer is bank stukkend., Eers se hulle hulle gaan stel vervang want hulle weet ons sukkel baie, nuwe stel word afgelaai wag vir mense van house & home om stel aan mekaar te sit. Kom daar aan sit stel aanmekaar en die helfde van die stel is onbruikbaar, werknemer van house & home bel tak bestuurder verduidelik en die bestuurder se die area bestuurder weet van nuwe stel by ander tak wat gestuur sal word....nou word ons vandag gebel en gese jammer stel is uit waarborg hulle moet nou die hele stel oplaai en terug stuur fabriek toe, ek sit intussen sonder enige stoele en niemand kan se hoe lank dit gaan vat nie
