I have been using my 600 W nutri bullet (almost) every day for the last 3 years. And I love it ! All of a sudden it stopped working. It didn't smell burnt or anything. Out of warranty, of course. So I first went to the local appliance repair guy. He didn't know what to do with it. I phoned the people from Nutri Bullet and they told me to send it in so that they could give me a quote for the repair cost. I had put it in the cupboard (because i had already bought a new one) and forgot about it. They actually phoned me to ask if i was still going to bring it in for repairs. I thanked them for the reminder and sent it in. A few days later i get a call from the lady who deals with the repairs. And she told me there was nothing wrong with it. They cleaned it for me (because of spillage it had become sticky and the on/off connection got stuck because of it) and it was ready for collection. She told me how to clean it, which I already did in case of spilling... As was afraid of the cost, But it was FREE of Charge. Such friendly and chirpy people there. The receptionist as well. I say: THANK YOU! also for being a big example that companies in South Africa can be service minded!
