NutriBullet is tops!
First off, Nutribullets are amazing! Best blender I have ever used. Our blender just stopped working think my family burnt out the motor trying to make cookies. After searching high and low in South Africa to get it repair or replaced with no luck. I contacted Nutribullet directly, they assisted super quick and were very friendly. Less than a month I have a brand new Nutribullet. Thank you Manon!

NutriBullet is tops!
First off, Nutribullets are amazing! Best blender I have ever used. Our blender just stopped working think my family burnt out the motor trying to make cookies. After searching high and low in South Africa to get it repair or replaced with no luck. I contacted Nutribullet directly, they assisted super quick and were very friendly. Less than a month I have a brand new Nutribullet. Thank you Manon!

Faulty Nutribullet
Have used Nutribullet for one month after year guarantee and it stopped working. No assistance from from At Home or contact details of Nutribullet. What’s the point of a good product with no back up service?

Have used Nutribullet for one month after year guarantee and it stopped working. No assistance from from At Home or contact details of Nutribullet. What’s the point of a good product with no back up service?

Nutribullet broke after just one year!
Our Nutribullet broke a month after the guarantee expired. On examination I found one if the three push down activator switches are secured to the casing by a very weak plastic connection. Is this perhaps how this appliance is designed to last only the time the guarantee is valid? I really like my Nutribullet and used it daily but very disappointed and don’t want to spend money on something that is made to brake

As this is a great product the agent /online retailer is just not doing justice and its quite disappointing.referring to the online store in question Perfectdealz in JHB.i am still awaiting email and whatsapp replies.i have sent them their own proof of Nutribullet which has a one year warranty on the site ,as according to the sales person ALL perfectdealz products has a six month warranty?

Great service for my nutri bullet
I have been using my 600 W nutri bullet (almost) every day for the last 3 years. And I love it ! All of a sudden it stopped working. It didn't smell burnt or anything. Out of warranty, of course. So I first went to the local appliance repair guy. He didn't know what to do with it. I phoned the people from Nutri Bullet and they told me to send it in so that they could give me a quote for the repair cost. I had put it in the cupboard (because i had already bought a new one) and forgot about it. They actually phoned me to ask if i was still going to bring it in for repairs. I thanked them for the reminder and sent it in. A few days later i get a call from the lady who deals with the repairs. And she told me there was nothing wrong with it. They cleaned it for me (because of spillage it had become sticky and the on/off connection got stuck because of it) and it was ready for collection. She told me how to clean it, which I already did in case of spilling... As was afraid of the cost, But it was FREE of Charge. Such friendly and chirpy people there. The receptionist as well. I say: THANK YOU! also for being a big example that companies in South Africa can be service minded!

Great service for my nutri bullet
