I Placed a service call with Bosch Call Center 6th November 2019.On the7th November 19 The technician arrived at 5pm in a rush (with his family in his car). Diagnosed the 5 month old Bosch Fridge. He advised that it needed a computer that must be imported from Turkey. Neither Electrocall or Bosch followed up .on the 7th January 2020 The technician called to say his on his way.t0 repair the bosch Fridge.I have lost a lot of food.The fridge has been working by then as i was advised the switch it off which i did for two days before i made the service call(5 days IN total) and after the technician came to diagnosed the fridge. On the 8th day i switched on the fridge. It worked ie got to a cold tempatrature.So on the 7th Jan 2021 when he called i explained to him. He then said he must put in the computer board so that it will not happened again. I contacted the Bosch Call center and Garth explained that according to his information The technician Must still come out and replace the the pc board. On the 12th January 2021 i received a message that the job is now "COMPLETED". I did not hear from the technician, Mr Kuda Mapuranga or Electrocall or the Bosch Service Call Centre. I would imagine Bosch would have provided me with a courtesy fridge after spending so much money on lost food.
after being sent to and fro re 7 month old broken Nutri bullet. which has a one year guarantee. Perfect Dealtz made empty promises to call me back or reply to my emails. I gave up and contacted Melbro the service agents for Nutri bullet in Cape Town. An decided just to pay to have it fixed. I paid R900.00 for a blender that was not an authentic blender I was told that it was not a nutri bullet. Therefor cannot be repaired by Melbro Agents.
My bus card expired in July 2020 i had a bal of R107.00 on my card. Due to covid pandemic i was unable to use my card. Mycity refused to tranfer the money on to my new card. Mycity charged me R22.00 for the new card and i lost my credit bal. i was told to write on my new application form reason: card expired.
with not keeping up to date as to what day it is during lockdown i was guilty of paying my account late DUE date wasthe 10th Aug.Samuel called me on Monday the 17th at 09h50 the day after i made a bank transfer. not asking if it was a convenient time to chat or checking my account before making the call he insisted that he want to talk about a payment arrears arrangement of R25.00! I asked installments of R10.00 over three months?And what it sounds like he was reading parrot fashion from a script.Should he not spend time on clients who owes R125 000.00 ?And did not pay in months.Writing this complaint i realised that he must have had a difficult client before me.
The product i purchased was in August 2019. The product itself has a one year warranty.Perfect Dealz according to the sales person is six month on All products sold.Nowhere on the site and terms and conditions does this information.appear ,so i have requested that David whom i dealt with to send me that info via email (cut and paste)He has been promising to email it to me for the last five weeks he said that he sent it .we together ensure that he has the correct email address while sitting waiting for the email. Now my calls are not being returned.In a few days time the one year warranty will have been lapsed.
As this is a great product the agent /online retailer is just not doing justice and its quite disappointing.referring to the online store in question Perfectdealz in JHB.i am still awaiting email and whatsapp replies.i have sent them their own proof of Nutribullet which has a one year warranty on the site ,as according to the sales person ALL perfectdealz products has a six month warranty?
I purchased a 12 piece( fyi i only received 11piece) nutribullet blender.Nutribullet has a one year guarantee. Perfectdealz has 6 month guarantee on ALL their products apparently. I was asked to send it back from Capetown to JHB Perfestdealz will fix it and send it back to me in Capetown .I have to carry the cost of the courier. Which is probably the cost of having it fixed in Capetown also there is agents in Capetown to fix the nutribullet? unless this is not an authentic NUTRIBULLET. Perfectdealz also do not reply to emails or Whatsapp.I have been phoning ,communicating about this problem for the last three weeks.
