This company is absolutely pathetic at after-sales service. I placed an order and paid for my replacement fridge door over two months ago and have yet to get confirmation of when they will deliver or install this door. Twice their installers phoned on the day that they wanted to come to my house without prior arrangement. One of those days was even a public holiday. Neither of the telephone numbers is ever answered and my emails are never responded to. I have no way of following up with anyone on where my paid-for door is nor when it will be installed. I can't believe that Bosch could use this company, as their after-sales agent. It is a disgrace!

Electrocall is Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau's repair agent in the Western Cape. Worst service on this planet. These German products are great but what really ruins it is the service agent. Rather buy something cheap that you know once it's broken, you can buy a new item instead of fixing it. After my dishwasher has been at their premises twice for water leakage(in 3 months), its still not fixed. Their technicians don't know what is the issue otherwise the issue would have been fixed. Please also read the Google reviews. I fail to understand how a reputable engineering company and maker of industrial and commercial tools entrusts their home appliance repairs to a company that had the worst customer service and clueless technicians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from these brands unless you have lots of time and money to waste on phone calls and empty promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will not even give it a 1 star rating...Pathetic and utterly worst ever customer experience for after sales service. Electrocall as Bosch's CT agent are the worst company to deal with. Empty promises, lies, run around, incompetent lazy staff & technicians, no customer etiquette, dont know what they doing, poor attitude. Dishwasher not working at elderly parents place 70-80 years old. Called and confirmed that technician would come out to assess. Several calls later technician eventually pitched to assess with 15 minute notice given on call saying they he is in area that he is coming around, after requesting for prior arrangement. Technician checks and advises parts are damaged by mouse. Closes the bottom of unit and leaves and says will be contacted regarding parts to be ordered. Again, another few follow up, eventually quote given and parts paid. Another few follow ups and lies, no comms, week half later technician pitches....the same one. Mumbles about unit must be cleaned by us before he can fix anything and wants to leave immediately. Wants to leave with no work done, parts paid for by us and at hand. Back and forth with him, calls with admin office about this, lieing to me that she called and advised us to clean unit.... no proof of this anywhere, she eventually agrees to have him wait a short bit while we clean and do job. When relaying this to technician he refuses and says we are keeping him against his will. Cops arrive because of this, having no idea he called. Technician leaves and nothing fixed. Drives away with paid parts and terrible experience encountered. Now Bosch's agents, Electrocall, after calling them after incident, requests me to open under the unit to clean it. What service agent or company tells a customer to open and tamper with a device and then wont be held liable for tampering or something going wrong. This she confirmed with her manager and email would stipulate this. After this is done and cleaned, technician will come out to fix. When I received the email it stipulated that and that we should supply a fumigation certificate after cleaning and to be careful of wires.... Dont know how Bosch can use Electrocall as a reputable outsource after sales Bosch agent for Cape Town. Will not buy another Bosch appliance as a result and recommend no one to purchase as their after sales service are terrible to say the least. Dont ever use Electrocall.

Electrocall tried to repair my fridge. I paid for a new motor, which was fitted. It was however not the problem. They then took the fridge to their workshop, but could not repair it. Now they do not want to give the fridge or my money back.

I Placed a service call with Bosch Call Center 6th November 2019.On the7th November 19 The technician arrived at 5pm in a rush (with his family in his car). Diagnosed the 5 month old Bosch Fridge. He advised that it needed a computer that must be imported from Turkey. Neither Electrocall or Bosch followed up .on the 7th January 2020 The technician called to say his on his way.t0 repair the bosch Fridge.I have lost a lot of food.The fridge has been working by then as i was advised the switch it off which i did for two days before i made the service call(5 days IN total) and after the technician came to diagnosed the fridge. On the 8th day i switched on the fridge. It worked ie got to a cold tempatrature.So on the 7th Jan 2021 when he called i explained to him. He then said he must put in the computer board so that it will not happened again. I contacted the Bosch Call center and Garth explained that according to his information The technician Must still come out and replace the the pc board. On the 12th January 2021 i received a message that the job is now "COMPLETED". I did not hear from the technician, Mr Kuda Mapuranga or Electrocall or the Bosch Service Call Centre. I would imagine Bosch would have provided me with a courtesy fridge after spending so much money on lost food.
