Electrocall tried to repair my fridge. I paid for a new motor, which was fitted. It was however not the problem. They then took the fridge to their workshop, but could not repair it. Now they do not want to give the fridge or my money back.
I stay in the Western Cape and while Suntank still had an office here, it was OK. However when they closed down their Cape Town region, I only had heartache from Helen Maier. I received an e-mail about their services. I duly paid the R1 265.00 to have my system serviced at the beginning of December 2019. When I had not heard anything from them, I contacted them and spoke to Helen. She informed me that they do not work in the Western Cape anymore. I asked for my money back and am until today May 2020, still waiting for that. After repeated calls to Helen, still no money.
