With so many fly by night online shops, I was very cautious of ordering from Optimized.co.za. I gave them a call, Ryan answered and confirmed that they had stock. I place the order fairly late on Wednesday and by Friday morning my order was delivered. Consider me impressed, thank you for the prompt services and keep it up!
First off, Nutribullets are amazing! Best blender I have ever used. Our blender just stopped working think my family burnt out the motor trying to make cookies. After searching high and low in South Africa to get it repair or replaced with no luck. I contacted Nutribullet directly, they assisted super quick and were very friendly. Less than a month I have a brand new Nutribullet. Thank you Manon!
I am highly disappointed in Discovery Life, especially as I have been a client now for quite a few years. Before my last debit order more than a month ago, I notice my premium has gone from R866 to R1096. No notifications were sent, absolutely nothing. My anniversary date is only in October so could not even be that. I email and call before the debit order is supposed to go off to rectify the problem, needless to say the advisor had no clue what was going on or why the premium has shot up like this. I was told she will escalate it to "admin" department. It is now almost time for another debit order to go off and still no solution. I mailed again last week and did not even receive a response. The only thing that has changed recently is that I now pay my own medical aid instead of it going through the company. Please explain how this would put me at a higher risk of dying and warrant a R230 increase on my life insurance policy? Makes absolutely no sense.
