Great service
I've ordered three times from Optimized. The delivery is quick. Two of the three orders were delivered the next business day. I was happy with the products I ordered.

Great service and fast delivery!
With so many fly by night online shops, I was very cautious of ordering from Optimized.co.za. I gave them a call, Ryan answered and confirmed that they had stock. I place the order fairly late on Wednesday and by Friday morning my order was delivered. Consider me impressed, thank you for the prompt services and keep it up!

Great service and fast delivery!

BAD SERVICE DELIVERY
This is not the first time I’ve used this company. But I sadly forgot how long it takes to receive one’s order. I placed my order on the 25th. Today is the 1st. One must take the weekend into consideration - therefore, 5 working days later, I am still waiting. Despite numerous calls to Ryan, I still have not received any communication other than to original mail to say my order was received.

This is what customer care should look like!
I happened to land onto this website when I was looking up cognitive supplement products and found even more than what I was looking for! Not only do you get sufficient information about all the products they have and how to use them, but also recommendations if you want to use the product in conjunction with other products. Their information is very clear and easy to cross reference on the internet. When my favorite product went out of stock, I took the chance to send them an e-mail form their website (in my experience with trying to communicate via a website, I would not even expect any feedback), but not only did I receive an e-mail the next day informing me that they will find out when the stock will come in, they also let me know as soon as the stock was available, and as soon as I placed my order, the customer care person informed me that he can see that I have placed my order and that my package is dispatched for delivery for that Friday. In this day and age, it is very rare to find a company that will not only assist their customers, but really follow up and complete the entire query. It is more than what I would have expected. This is the reason why I would become a loyal customer of a business. And this is what proper customer care looks like! Thank you Ryan and the team at Optimized!

Goods not received!
Poor service, placed order on 31/01. Followed up on the 8th and was told by Ryan that the courier company were having problems delivering, he asked me to confirm my delivery address. I had received no notification from them to say it had been shipped or from Dawnwing, the delivery company they use, that it was sent? I queried again on the 10th and again Ryan said he'd follow up with the courier... I don't think it's even been shipped! So are they closing down and pocketing our money, or out of stock and just don't want to say? Something isn't right, but without any comunication from them, I fear the worst. BEWARE!

I placed my order on the 25-07-2022. Got notified that it will tale 2-3 working days. Today is the Friday 29th the day has ended so has the week what most probably means I will kt get my order this week. I have tried various ways to get in touch with Optimized.
