********** product, bad customer service and ghosted

I purchased an office chair that had “great reviews” for comfort. I received and assembled the chair only the find out the backrest protrudes to poke and hurt me badly to the point it's unusable whatsoever. I emailed them, they said I probably assembled it badly (funny thing is that backrest is the one piece of the chair that comes as is and doesn't require to be assembled. Then they just ghosted me. So now I use the grey Clio office chair in the corner to keep my bags on instead of the floor. Well worth R1400, right? 😂 even more funny is the the communication I receive awhile after was a promotion giving me 5% off as a special offer. No thanks nuvio Italia, I'm not into paying for pain and torure.
