I had a mostly positive experience with Nuwagon, Besides having to request feedback 2/10 times. Special thanks to Thasha who calmly and patiently supported me through the process of getting my car fixed. Ensuring that my frustrations and concerns were addressed timely. Her service was unmatched.

I also love that I have a year warranty on the mechanical parts fixed and lifetime for the paint job they worked on. This gives me a sense of security.
