I have never been so frustrated in my life, i had bad experiences before but this is the worst. wrong updates, ordering wrong parts, then ordering other parts that does not even need to changed, I'm sure that everybody working at Nu Wagon Autobody is lairs, you never get the right answer. Even escalating to Outsurance complaints department bring no results, they send my car their for repairs, and still want me to pay my monthly fee.

This business is dishonest. They give false information on the progress of your vehicle and when you go there physically, they try to pin it on their system. The workshop manager takes no accountability and the level of incompetency is appalling

NuWagon delayed repairs on my vehicle for a full week and showed no effort to resolve my concerns. They committed to taking my BMW to a dealership for inspection but later told me to handle it myself. Their lack of accountability and poor communication have left me stuck with rental costs I should not have incurred. I expected better from a service provider working with insurers.

Two months back my director tools his range rover back there again after two attempts to have it fixed...Air conditioner wasn't working and driveshaft making a noise. As promised they said they would have a look and fix the car.till this day the car still not attended.

I had a mostly positive experience with Nuwagon, Besides having to request feedback 2/10 times. Special thanks to Thasha who calmly and patiently supported me through the process of getting my car fixed. Ensuring that my frustrations and concerns were addressed timely. Her service was unmatched. I also love that I have a year warranty on the mechanical parts fixed and lifetime for the paint job they worked on. This gives me a sense of security. Looking forward to see how the fixes hold in due time. Would definitely recommend Nuwagon.🙏🏾

I would like to express my gratitude for CJ's brilliant efficient service with my son, Max Benade, Suzuki Swift, LD19JZGP. CJ has been outstanding in giving us continuous feedback and trying to accommodate us to get us decent pricing on this very large sum we had to pay out of our own funds for repairs of this vehicle. Thank you CJ, Thank you Nuwagon Autobody

First class service... I've had my vehicle taken to other Panelbeaters and yes I know the ETA they give is just an estimate but others say 2 weeks 'n end up taking 3 weeks to a month and they don't keep you updated on the progress I need to contact them to find out what's happening and then when it's finally completed there is still issues but here at nuwagon Autobody they give you an ETA and both times I took my vehicle to them they actually completed the job to perfection and completed the job before the ETA that I was given with constant updates on the progress wonderful service all round and a special mention to CJ who even tried assisting with a plan when I was unable to collect my vehicle when it was completed
