NuWagon delayed repairs on my vehicle for a full week and showed no effort to resolve my concerns. They committed to taking my BMW to a dealership for inspection but later told me to handle it myself. Their lack of accountability and poor communication have left me stuck with rental costs I should not have incurred. I expected better from a service provider working with insurers.
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="background-color: white; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">I am gravely disappointed at how Telkom Cresta Store has dealt with my situation. They have provided me with incorrect and misleading information from the beginning of my contract with them. I had taken up a contract with them last year October under the impression that they are a reliable service provider....Requested insurance the day I signed the contract and was reassured that it was a definite that I would be signed up with them, followed up with the matter this year since I had not received a copy of my insurance agreement... They adamantly told me my insurance was active... My Iphone 6s has been damaged, only now that I need to claim do they inform me that I actually do not have insurance... From my knowledge<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span>my complaint has not been escalated to the relevant parties, this is a breach of their Code of Practice... They have not at any point taken responsibility in this situation, instead I am told by their manager to take legal action??? They have not<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>lived up to their end of the bargain...Being trustworthy and reliable.</p>
