Great Monday Dinner
It was a mixed dining experience. While the sirloin steak was mediocre, the caramelised pear salad and gnocchi were excellent. The service provided by Pardon, our waiter, is praiseworthy and he must be commended on his engagement and recommendations. The restaurant boasts a beautifully decorated interior, adding to the overall dining experience and creates a delightful ambiance. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Fine dining dissapointment
My fiance intended to take me to a nice restaurant as he doesn't live in Cape Town, and we hardly get a chance to do things together. On this specific trip home, he decided that NV--80 would be a good idea as there is so much hype surrounding the establishment. He decided that this would also be the location for him to present me with my engagement ring (that plan failed due to the poor service). After ordering starters, drinks, and non alcoholic champagne, we had a chat, finished our starter and after what seemed like am hour we decided to look around for the waiter who was missing in action. We flagged down the waiter eventually and asked him where the food was after which he brushed us off and said it will be out soon, he ran off before my fiance could question him. After another further 15 mins we again got hold of the waiter aand asked if there was a problem in the kitchen, to which he replied \well it seems like it hey"... We were completely shocked at his attitude. Finally our food came"
