Very rude new owner, Extremely bad service!

We have done business with NWBS and had a few vehicles wrapped with them. Every vehicle has had an issues with a quote being sent and accepted and then when vehicle is collected there is said no price was wrong and needs to go up almost double and we need to pay it. The new owner makes a lot of promises in front of you but then wants to send you a whatsapp afterwords that states the total opposite of what she had promised you. They are totally just out to make money and don't care at all about their clients. I wouldn't recommend the AT ALL!
