Speedy Great Service!!
A BIG THANK YOU to Nawaaz who I called on Wednesday to get a car from JHB to Cape Town. He assisted immediately and made a plan to get the car delivered within 2 days. I assumed it would take a week or more but he made it happen as he could hear how excited I was for the car. Highly recommend Nawaaz from NZ Carriers.

A BIG THANK YOU to Nawaaz who I called on Wednesday to get a car from JHB to Cape Town. He assisted immediately and made a plan to get the car delivered within 2 days. I assumed it would take a week or more but he made it happen as he could hear how excited I was for the car. Highly recommend Nawaaz from NZ Carriers.

Poor Service and Damaged Vehicle from NZ Carriers
I am very disappointed with the service from NZ Carriers and would not recommend them to anyone. The team damaged my vehicle’s paint, burnt out the starter, and broke the bonnet lock. Additionally, I had to pay for towing services because the car wouldn’t start. After fitting a new battery and driving the car onto the truck in Joburg, I was left with unexpected and costly repairs. A mechanic confirmed the starter was burnt out by NZ Carriers’ staff, necessitating a replacement. The repair costs for the paint, bonnet lock, and new starter exceeded the transport costs to Cape Town. Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner, Nawaaz Carim, he has not responded in three weeks.

NZ carriers BEWARE
Transported my BMW 335i from joburg to cape town with NZ carriers by recommendation of Platinum Wheels dealer where I bought the car. The driver admitted to damaging the car in 3 places with, Nawaaz the owner at NZ carriers said he'll fix it. After getting the quote for R15k to fix it. He ignores my mails and calls, its been a month. DO NOT USE THEM. BEWARE!!

NZ Carriers - be warned not to do business with this dubious company
Please don't use this company - Dubious to say the least. I transported my car from Jhb to Cpt on one of their trucks. Their driver drove through over-hanging tree branches and scratched both of my cars all along the sides. The owner Nazaaw made some buddy-type arrangement with Conrad from SMG Cape Town to have the scratches polished out. However, the polishing was done extremely poorly and introduced countless holograms all over the car which looks terrible now. Now Nazaaw refuses to take my calls, ignores my messages and emails, and has told me "sorry, its your problem now". This is pathetic and unacceptable. NZ Carriers is unprofessional and should not be trusted. Be warned not to deal with them. They should have the decency to make good on the damages they caused - now they sit with the money I paid them and I sit with a repair bill. Shame on NZ Carriers. I hope those reading this take note and that they lose business. I also intend on going legal still.
