Please don't use this company - Dubious to say the least. I transported my car from Jhb to Cpt on one of their trucks. Their driver drove through over-hanging tree branches and scratched both of my cars all along the sides. The owner Nazaaw made some buddy-type arrangement with Conrad from SMG Cape Town to have the scratches polished out. However, the polishing was done extremely poorly and introduced countless holograms all over the car which looks terrible now. Now Nazaaw refuses to take my calls, ignores my messages and emails, and has told me "sorry, its your problem now". This is pathetic and unacceptable. NZ Carriers is unprofessional and should not be trusted. Be warned not to deal with them. They should have the decency to make good on the damages they caused - now they sit with the money I paid them and I sit with a repair bill. Shame on NZ Carriers. I hope those reading this take note and that they lose business. I also intend on going legal still.
Simply put it was disappointing. Went to CPT restaurant in town on recommendation: food way over-priced - clearly a tourist trap; restaurant too darkly lit; waiter was one of the worst I have come across anywhere; service just poor - no one asked if we were ok, if food was ok, left with dirty plates on table for 25 mins etc etc. They had no stock of their own house wine, and my second choice wine was also not available and the next available bottle was at over R250 - crazy - if you want to drink wine the cheapest they can offer is a bottle (nothing per glass in this category) at R250! Nuts! Food was however very nice but not good enough to compensate for the poor pricing and poor service. I should have gone elsewhere, wouldn't go back and wont recommend.
Very rude staff indeed.
My dogs came back and were abnormally quiet. The one dog had chronic diarrhoea for three days and had to the vet. The other dog had a severe eye infection too. I paid them to clip my dogs nails yet this was not done either. The blankets I left for my dogs had not been given to them and were still as I had left them in the bag once I collected the dogs.
I tried to call to find out how my dogs were on Christmas, Boxing Day, and the Sunday and no one answers at all nor responds to messages and sms's - while I understand that these days are public holidays, but this is still a business and I'm still paying for my dogs to be kennelled on each of these days, why is the company unavailable at all times - I mean these are peoples pets!. Honestly, I will never bring my dogs back here and I urge you to think twice before dropping off your pets
