Hygiene Negligence
In April 2019 we sent our Pet pitbull to Pets paradise for 2nd time not worrying about service as we have received Good service from them in the past. I can't say the same this time around as we have removed approximately 16 Ticks already some of which can cause biliary. We are extremely disappointed that our pet has come home in this condition and we have unforeseen vet costs to clear and prevent our pet from getting sick. We have tried contacting them to get feedback, we are still waiting...

WORST PET STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE WORST PET STORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fetched my dog from grooming and saw a dog bed in the pet store; the bed i purchased witch they assisted me putting in the car upon arrival home noticed a tear and it was full of white marks under the cushion. I immediately called the owner Jane about this and she said my dog tore it with his nails. I went the following morning to the store and the owner didn't want to return it, the store become full and with my complaining due to the people in the store she reluctantly said she would get hold of the rep. Today worst day the returned bed was in the middle of the floor full of dust, it had bad stitching , the owner avoided me and her assistant was rude as always and I showed her the bad stitching, I said i was unsatisfied they however took it anyway this dog bed costs R900. Upon coming home decided to call the owner and deal with her direct she avoided my calls by her assistant answering the calls, then they sent me a message to deal with Pets SA direct and I must look it up on the internet to get the number. Pet SA don't deal with the public only to retailers.

Think Twice - No care for you nor your pets!
Very rude staff indeed.<br> My dogs came back and were abnormally quiet. The one dog had chronic diarrhoea for three days and had to the vet. The other dog had a severe eye infection too. I paid them to clip my dogs nails yet this was not done either. The blankets I left for my dogs had not been given to them and were still as I had left them in the bag once I collected the dogs. <br> I tried to call to find out how my dogs were on Christmas, Boxing Day, and the Sunday and no one answers at all nor responds to messages and sms's - while I understand that these days are public holidays, but this is still a business and I'm still paying for my dogs to be kennelled on each of these days, why is the company unavailable at all times - I mean these are peoples pets!. Honestly, I will never bring my dogs back here and I urge you to think twice before dropping off your pets

Terrible Attitude and Service
I took my 2 dogs to be cut and bathed. I took them in at 07h00 so they don't have to stay in the cages for too long. I was then told I can only puck them up at 12h30 which means my dogs are kept in cages for 5 and half hours that is insane??? The lady that works there has a terrible Attitude towards customers and it is unacceptable. I will never recommend them and I am not taking my dogs back there ever again. I have never been so angry!!!
