I am really very disappointed - and don't think I will ever order online again as my orders always gets delivered incorrectly. I ordered 3 x Cheese Boy Specials - Meals - and when it arrived I received 1 x small packet of chips instead of 3, I had to then call Steers back and tell them the order was incorrect - then they made it out as it is trouble to send the driver to delivery the chips......it is not my fault you should have delivered the order correctly the first time. And on top of all this the slip said regular chips not small....??? Steers won't see me again soon.
Hi I was so happy to receive a complimentary stay at the Carousel Casino...but when I wanted to make my booking I was told I can only book from Sunday to Thursday.....I have a full time job how can I book during the week??? It is really terrible to dangle this carrot in front of my nose....I am very dissapointed and hope that this can be rectified. I have played a lot of money at Carnival City, Sibaya, Time Square only to get this offer? This is truly dissapointing....I also see the offer at Carnival city is also only for Sunday to Thursday booking I mean seriously?

Herewith my complaint to the Gambling Board: I have complaints about the Casino's we gamble at.....my husband and I gamble regularly and we play huge amounts of money at Emperors, Carnival City, Sibayi, Time Square...and what we can't understand is that we paly high bets more than most people bet for example...we bet R50 bet and when we do get free play we are paid R200. then we get another person betting for example R1 and they win R25 000? Please can we get some sort of explanation as to how this works....we have spend almost R100 000 in the last month and never get any winnings....? Is this a conspiracy...? We never win Jackpots and when we approach the Management they come with all sorts of stories...? And if we get free play it is always played back to the Casino? There is something wrong here....are they taking our money to pay other people Jackpots all the time...? Is it time we quite gambling...? We get rewarded with coffee mugs....I mean really for being loyal players...? We need to understand what is happening here as we cant be playing this type of money without any winnings? The Slot Machine Manager at Emperors say payouts are random....? Is this true...? Are we wasting our money playing for other people playing way less then us to win? I want answers please and investigation into this...

Good Morning... Firstly I want to thank you for all the offers and free play but in saying this I am really unhappy with Carnival City and the payouts....we don't go to Carnival City that much anymore as the payouts of the machines are not good at all...the one night my husband and I spend over R8000 (in one night) without one single machine payout...we were not even there for 3 hours? Yesterday I get a promotional offer of a 2 night stay one at Carnival and one at another Hotel....I tried calling this morning from 07h00 to get through to make a booking at Sun City SOHO....but only got through at 09h00 and to hear that everything is fully booked....it was truly disappointing knowing how much I have spend at the Casino....I know it is based on availability but if you offer this to so many people surely it should at least be stretched over a longer period of time so we can all enjoy the benefits...I don't mind staying at Carnival but I live in JHB I want to get away.....
I am so disguised we booked a night stay at the hotel we game gambling and now we sitting at a machine for almost an hour as the whole Casino is off line again how to spend your Saturday night.....i am going to take this further don't think i am leaving it here....this is not the first time. We want compensation as we had R1500 on our machine then the house discononnected what are you going to do about this...? We spent a lot of money at Emperors and it's been the worst experience ever....the people complain about you all the time...you better up your game. I want to destroy my card as it's not worth it anymore Time Square here I come maybe you will give us a better experience.
My Husband applied for a Overdraft Facility 2 weeks ago.
