fetched my dog from grooming and saw a dog bed in the pet store; the bed i purchased witch they assisted me putting in the car upon arrival home noticed a tear and it was full of white marks under the cushion. I immediately called the owner Jane about this and she said my dog tore it with his nails. I went the following morning to the store and the owner didn't want to return it, the store become full and with my complaining due to the people in the store she reluctantly said she would get hold of the rep. Today worst day the returned bed was in the middle of the floor full of dust, it had bad stitching , the owner avoided me and her assistant was rude as always and I showed her the bad stitching, I said i was unsatisfied they however took it anyway this dog bed costs R900. Upon coming home decided to call the owner and deal with her direct she avoided my calls by her assistant answering the calls, then they sent me a message to deal with Pets SA direct and I must look it up on the internet to get the number. Pet SA don't deal with the public only to retailers.
