Worse logistics company
Unfortunately the logistics company they use are absolutely shocking. You need to change your courier company

Benoni branch the worst branch EVER. THEY LIE TO NOT DELIVER
There customer service is pathetic. They lie and say we weren't there to receive order or that the client has no money which is a lie. You call and they promise delivery and cancel. Now we have to collect our order. Pathetic!

Good service
Great service, very friendly staff, lots of healthy pets to choose from. Will be returning one day. Just a tad pricey for a few products.
