Excellent service
It was an absolute pleasure working with Dylan I viewed a property online and contacted Dylan to get more information, he arranged a viewing for us in two days. He was extremely helpful, this was our first property purchase and had a lot of questions which Dylan was ever ready to answer at anytime of the day 😊. Dylan Mason of O-Yes Auctions
Dylan setup a meeting to explain the auction process and to answer any questions we might have. His explanations of the process were easy to understand, and in addition he said we were welcome to phone him any time if there were any further questions. A purchaser made enquiries before the auction date and after viewing, made an offer which was accepted. Our house was sold one and a half weeks before the auction date. Dylan’s easy demeanour and willingness to answer questions at anytime make him a pleasure to deal with.

The O-YES Team - Dylan Mason - Highly recommend! What an absolute pleasure to deal with Dylan and his work ethic is 100% great. The moment I contacted Dylan, he put a proposal in place and took me through the process. From great pictures to getting in people to view the house and having an offer that came through which we accepted (to having a back up plan in case it fell through) was so great. Dylan really puts his all into a deal which I saw. Constant check in’s, being respectful by informing me every time he would enter the property with a potential buyer was also great as this showed good character. If I had another house to sell - Dylan is the guy I would go to, without a doubt. Thank you to the O-yes Group and to Dylan for getting the job done.
