The O-YES Team - Dylan Mason - Highly recommend! What an absolute pleasure to deal with Dylan and his work ethic is 100% great. The moment I contacted Dylan, he put a proposal in place and took me through the process. From great pictures to getting in people to view the house and having an offer that came through which we accepted (to having a back up plan in case it fell through) was so great. Dylan really puts his all into a deal which I saw. Constant check in’s, being respectful by informing me every time he would enter the property with a potential buyer was also great as this showed good character. If I had another house to sell - Dylan is the guy I would go to, without a doubt. Thank you to the O-yes Group and to Dylan for getting the job done.
Trying to upgrade my contract is an absolute nightmare with Telkom firstly, their own staff does not know how to carry out this, i have been asked to call so many departments and they all keep asking me to call a different department until i was told to go to the store or do it on the webiste by clicking upgrade i went on the site to click upgrade, and nothing happens, i gave it a while and still. the service from telkom is absolutely pathetic and their dialing options is ridiculous every call i was on, i asked to speak to the manager or Team leader and was told they cant make transfer calls...shocking! sad to deal with them, and the level of frustration that i am at right now is to pay whatever fee to get out of this company! Cant wait to migrate to a different service provider!
