A Learning Environment

Oasis is a company that prides itself on up-skilling its employees so that they become market leaders in their chosen fields. Most functions are performed in-house which creates a lot of scope for movement within the company and between the different departments of the company. The company encourages senior staff to mentor and uplift juniors, to impart their knowledge and to make sure that new joiners are suitably equipped to be successful in their roles. Oasis’ commitment to the upliftment and up-skilling of the youth is evident from its bursary programme and other educational funding initiatives and partnerships. When I joined Oasis i had no experience in the Financial Services Industry and was trained and upskilled to the point where I was appointed as the manager of the Transfer Agency Department. As a person that is constantly seeking new challenges, opportunities to better myself and that is consistently seeking new knowledge and experiences, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oasis
