Most *********** Company I've seen in my entire life!
I cancelled my RA with Oasis 2 YEARS AGO! , in September 2023. They took so long to do it, it ended up being over 2 different financial periods. Last year I was fined for submitting my tax return late because Oasis messed up the transactions. The eventually decided to move the transaction to the March 2024 - Feb 2025 period. This yet YET AGAIN they messed up my IRP5 and I'm again unable to complete my tax return in time. Calling the call center and they don't even answer their phones. I hope this useless business closes down, please never invest with these toxic and *********** neanderthals!

Im posting this to express my appreciation to this wonderful company. I spent 17 years with this company and i learnt a lot in this time. I leave here knowing more than when i arrived. Thank you for giving me a professional home, thank you for showing me kindness. What a wonderful gift i received working for you. The company has developed me to be the professional i am today. For that i will be forever grateful. This company has done a lot for me both personally and professionally. I am grateful for the support i received from this company during the Covid Pandemic. Above all, the contribution you had in my children's education is much appreciated. For that i will be forever grateful.

A Learning Environment
Oasis is a company that prides itself on up-skilling its employees so that they become market leaders in their chosen fields. Most functions are performed in-house which creates a lot of scope for movement within the company and between the different departments of the company. The company encourages senior staff to mentor and uplift juniors, to impart their knowledge and to make sure that new joiners are suitably equipped to be successful in their roles. Oasis’ commitment to the upliftment and up-skilling of the youth is evident from its bursary programme and other educational funding initiatives and partnerships. When I joined Oasis i had no experience in the Financial Services Industry and was trained and upskilled to the point where I was appointed as the manager of the Transfer Agency Department. As a person that is constantly seeking new challenges, opportunities to better myself and that is consistently seeking new knowledge and experiences, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oasis

Never have I seen such unprofessional financial advisors like Gerhard Scholtz, he never responds to emails, unless after a few and then out of frustration, he responds to the "nasty" one, which was sent out of frustration.

Oasis Group Holdings' inferior substandard IT Systems.
A company selling unit trust based investments, including R/A's pension/provident preservation fund investments, etc. having no user facing IT systems at all. Investing with OASIS means you being content with no online access to monthly statements, transaction history, transacting online, at all. In this digital age, this is totally unacceptable. Even worse is that my pleas over the years, for Oasis Holdings IT systems to be upgraded, in order to make essential customer information easily accessible to clients, continues to fall on deaf ears. I for one am gradually moving over to investments offered by Oasis competitors that also deliver "superior returns at lower than market risk" but with the added benefit of clients being able to view, update and download their information, online.
