I use 15 citiq prepaid electricity sub-meters and by 23/11/2024, a day before the touted deadline, only 3 meters received the KCT's required to effect the KR2 upgrade when prepaid electricity was purchased, hence my need for support. Getting through to a call center agent was extremely difficult, but once I got through, the service provided was nothing short of amazing. Ayanda and the lady that assisted me before her, were both professional! and polite and within a reasonable time I was provided with the KCT's to effect the necessary meter upgrades. Citiq should've however increased their call center capacity to handle the large number of calls I presume they would've received, closer to the 24 November deadline, to ensure that customers calls are taken.
Just had 110,000km done at Freeway Toyota, and I really appreciate my financial circumstances being accommodated, given that I recently lost my job. My vehicle was bought new from Freeway in 2013 and has been serviced by them since. The cherry on the top is that the post-service carwash hasn't always been Freeway Toyota's strong point, but this time around, without any exaggeration, I was extremely satisfied with the carwash.
A company selling unit trust based investments, including R/A's pension/provident preservation fund investments, etc. having no user facing IT systems at all. Investing with OASIS means you being content with no online access to monthly statements, transaction history, transacting online, at all. In this digital age, this is totally unacceptable. Even worse is that my pleas over the years, for Oasis Holdings IT systems to be upgraded, in order to make essential customer information easily accessible to clients, continues to fall on deaf ears. I for one am gradually moving over to investments offered by Oasis competitors that also deliver "superior returns at lower than market risk" but with the added benefit of clients being able to view, update and download their information, online.
Terrible service! do not order from Loot. My order is taking much longer than what was communicated and there is no way of contacting them. I can't get through on their phone number. I receive no reply to my emails. Doubt I'll be using them ever again!! I did buy a UNISA textbook in June 2020 and that got delivered within a week, so I'm writing off this terrible experience to the Covid-19 Lockdown, but not before pursuing all avenues to get a refund.
