I receently purchased a Toyota Starlet cross. The experience was great. I was actually interested in another car , however he showed me the Starlet cross which was a demo with much lower milage and better pricing. Well done to the dealership , the service with finace and car tracking was all sorted. Very rarely do I see service like this where they took their time and effort to help and answer all questions even after normal work hours.

On 26 March 2025 I decided to buy a used vehicle from Freeway Toyota Automark. From the first moment until I took delivery of the vehicle the process was one of excellence. The salesman, Jabu, went out of his way to accommodate me, answering all my questions and assisting me in every way. He made me feel part of the Freeway family. My name is Louis. I am so dissapointed by freeway toyota online shopping. I ordered my first order by 24 /01/2025 still I did not receive . They always give me excuses that Eta did not deliver. Next week will come. I made another order while I was still waiting . Just after a week in a first order. Nothing delivered.. I feel you are willing order anything online. Free way toyota must not be an option. I trusted toyota since have a good reputation. They service is very bad.

Terrible service!! Saw a car on the automark website, whatsapped the guy Yusuf to ask if it’s available with a screenshot showing price,mileage - he said it is available told him I will come check it out . When I got there he said it’s the wrong price and will have to ask the owner about it . He called me on the phone while in the shop , didn’t even have the decency to come speak to me face to face about the car . Told us to wait some more . We waited a while then said he must call us when he has spoken to the owner . I whatsapped him 2 hours later he didn’t reply . Still waiting for him to get back to me …. Wrong pricing still on the website the ad wasn’t even removed . Very disappointed Time wasted as he told me it’s available then when I got there said price is wrong And terrible service .

On the day I received my new Prado the sales person only started with paperwork, after asking him multiple times if everything was in order for delivery. He said the car would be delivered to the hotel I stayed at, at 11. After waiting for an hour I had to Uber to the dealership. I waited there for 4 hours before I could receive my car. He said I had to wait as the car was still in the washing bay. When I received it, it was very dirty and still covered in wrappings and writing on the window. Next battle is getting the car registered and getting number plates. He said the he will send me the documentation and I have to make the number plates myself. I’ve bought two new Toyota’s from Toyota Witbank and never had to do that myself. I phoned the dealership and asked to speak to the manager and I’m still waiting for a reply…

What a bad experience I received from the team of freeway Toyota even their manager he's not reliable this month alone( November) I bought two vehicles from them which are both urban cruiser but the first one is having alot of red flags im sure I have return it 4 times already but nothing has happened and Wednesday I went there to fetch the second vehicle and left the first one for that inspection they were telling me about unfortunately i mistakenly forgot my luggage bag that had my clothes and toiletry bag ( Givenchy) I called the sales person by the name of Karabo to ensure that my belongings are safe!! Wow only to find out my toiletry bag was ****** I immediately informed the sales person which Karabo and his manager but they are dogging me even the vehicle is having alot of unlikable things that I mentioned to them but nothing is being fixed

I bought a vehicle from Freeway Toyota in Ormonde in July 2024 and I am still to get my spare key. The sales person who assisted me has been dodging and avoiding my calls and has not responded to my WhatsApp messages since September 2024.
