I receently purchased a Toyota Starlet cross. The experience was great. I was actually interested in another car , however he showed me the Starlet cross which was a demo with much lower milage and better pricing. Well done to the dealership , the service with finace and car tracking was all sorted. Very rarely do I see service like this where they took their time and effort to help and answer all questions even after normal work hours.
My dad who is a pensioner recently bought a new chery tiggo 4 from chery northcliff. The service he received from staff was excellent. They even fetched him from home so take delivery of the car. When he arrived to take delivery they explained all the features and walked him through it. This type of service is very rare. Apart from the service he is very happy with the car.
Bought a gas stove and oven from BMC in Vereeniging and had it installed. However there was a problem with the stove after a month. We called the store and they promised to have it sorted. 3 hours later they came with a new one and installed. I am well impressed with their service and pricing was very competitive too..
I cancel my line with Telkom and they continued to bill me so I stpped paying for the landline as we moved premises. Now Telkom send a lawyers letter for payment and I have prove tat I cancel the line. Any ideas ????
Had a break at the business premises however ADT did not respond and says alarm did not activate as the thieves cut the wire and damaged the alarm system. Now to fix it they have to wait for spares> This a new alarm that was installed less than a year ago. I have lost everything and adt don't seem too worried. Can I sue for negligence? CAN I now cancel my contract with ADT?
Beware this a scam as I have monies taken from my account with no permission. Stay away.
Sent a speed queen for repair and when we received deliver the machine was worse than before . After further investigation we found that the machine was not our original machine. We called again again they fetched the machine. Now 2 months later the owner is not answering or taking calls and no machine. We have also paid R3200 for the original repair and no machine. Shame on them for taking hard earned pensioners money.
I had a break in at the business and the alarm went off. However Sasolburg Alarms did not call me or notify me. When I arrived in the morning i found the store and alot of my high value stock stolen. This was negligence on their part. Just wondering if they are involved in this? Since i am not insured can I claim from them?
29 April 2018 - Bought a slipper marked at R190.00 vat inclusive. However when i paid i was charged R200.74. After the sale and i paid i checked the slip i noticed this and ask the cashier to sork , she called the supervisor and was told that its the vat rate. However they cant do anything at the time as its almost closing and will need to return the next day. Since I live far from Mall of the South i think they just refused to help and sort. Why did the charge me more i think its cheating.
I sent my iPhone to these guys for repair. The quoted me a price which i agreed to. They then told me to deposit the money before the send the phone back after they repaired it. I deposited the money and 2 weeks later no phone. I called them back and they told me that it will cost a further 399 ex vat for a new battery as the battery is also faulty to which i told them that my battery was replaced before already. Told them to send back my phone but still no phone. Now i am out of pocket and no phone either.
