Hi, I'm from PMB and grew up eating Kara Nichhas. The Ormonde Branch is a disgrace to the name and especially the brand. I have put up a review on Google Reviews, about the food and service a while back as well. Today I went to buy sweet meats for Shivarathri. I waited more than 20 mins and the line didn't even move. While waiting more than 6 other customers left cause they were tired of waiting. There is no rush or concern from the staff. Everyone is just laid back without a care in the world. After 38 mins of waiting, I also left. After reading the reviews on Google I'm surprised that this branch is still open. I will never visit your branch ever again. Thank you
I have been trying to get hold of your cancelations department for 3 days now. I hold on for 15/20 mins at a time and then you'll cut my call. This is the most frustrating thing ever. I have called 0821958 8 times now and still can't gethold of a consultant. Is this the kind service 1 of SAs leading service provider gives. Wow. I have been a Vodacom client for over 23 years now and I'm definitely changing service provider now.

I am an ABSA client. I have everything with yourll. I have app**** for a Personal loan and was approved via my banking app. This loan was for my sick mums medical bills. It's been more than a week now and Lerato who was handling my application has not contacted or given me any feedback. I have to call the call center all the time just to find out what's happening and I'm constantly told that Lerato is the payout consultant and she can only assist me. This is pathetic service. Wow. Your front end staff is not knowledgeable and not helpful at all. I just spent 18 minutes on the line just for them to cut me off. I called again and waited another 15 minutes so they could transfer me to Lerato and they again cut me off. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? Very disappointed. I'm honestly thinking of moving all accounts to a bank that's willing to assist their clients. I will not recommend ABSA to anyone..
I visited the Southdale branch today and all I can say is WOW. I have never experienced this kind of pathetic and rude service from a front end staff member in my life. I was assisted by Laura. This was my 1st time deposting coins at STD cause FNB is my primary bank. I put them in R100 packs as I do at FNB. When I told this to Laura she asked me if I can't read what it says on the money bag and proceeded to point it out to me like I'm a child. I then told her it's my 1st time deposting coins at STD and FNB accepts this, she then told me that this is not FNB. She then made me take out all the coins myself and sort it out as per the denominations stated on the money bags. I asked her to help me and she said NO. I should have done it properly in the 1st place. I understand that all banks don't have the same rules or regulations but come on, I'm a customer and don't deserve to be treated like this. She then took her time to complete my 3 deposits. From the time she started assisting me till I was done took 45 mins. She worked so slow with a no care attitude and like she was doing me a favor. I then asked for more money bags cause it's month end and I have more coins to deposit. She told me that they have no stationary or money bags. So I asked when can I come for them she said she don't know. Now I remember why i moved all my accounts away from STD bank I'm so disappointed.
