I cancelled my RA with Oasis 2 YEARS AGO! , in September 2023. They took so long to do it, it ended up being over 2 different financial periods. Last year I was fined for submitting my tax return late because Oasis messed up the transactions. The eventually decided to move the transaction to the March 2024 - Feb 2025 period. This yet YET AGAIN they messed up my IRP5 and I'm again unable to complete my tax return in time. Calling the call center and they don't even answer their phones. I hope this useless business closes down, please never invest with these toxic and *********** neanderthals!

After an agent was unable to tell me over the phone why I was getting poor internet speeds, Vox sent someone out, that did nothing to resolve the issue. I was then charged about R700 for a callout fee. I've been dealing with Harvey in accounts for the last few MONTHS already, and each time I call in and get a different story, from "I'm waiting for a report from technical", to "the refund has been approved, I just am waiting on final approval" and now it's back to "I'm waiting for technical". I want a refund else I'm moving to an ISP that understands how customer service works.
really happy with the purchase and the price and the quality of the item. it was a mission to install the glossy 4 door flat pack cupboard (it's a 2 person job), but was very happy with how it turned out. best of all I saved a bucket ton of cash using this option instead of going for a built-in cupboard for a 3rd bedroom. it sucked though that they took the money for the order and did nothing about it.. only when I called them a few days later to enquire about delivery, did they say there's an issue with their payment system and will need me to send them the receipt manually before they would begin processing the order.

They rejected a valid claim. We've been trying to get a hold of them this entire week with no success, even holding on for several hours at a time, sending e-mails to various addresses, asking around for escalation details and still no luck.
No statements on e-mail is unacceptable! It is a rip-off in terms of service, claiming that it's for security reasons. I'm so disgusted with FNB! So instead of helping us make our lives easier by having our statements, our own info available WITH US at all times, you now take that information away from us. Don't go on about how easy it is to get statements downloaded, it's still a manual intervention and guaranteed not everybody is going to be doing this every month without fail. Add to that the e-bucks rules being changed all the time - unacceptable! The worthy retailers jumping off the e-bucks payment options - unacceptable! I left Standard Bank because their service was so putrid.. now FNB looks like they want to do the same and push me to Capitec!

Thank you guys for what is my second repair on my 40+ year old roof (first repair you guys did was a few years back on another part of the roof entirely, still in excellent condition btw) I've had other companies quoting R60k+ for replacing the entire roof (lol) while your guys fixed the actual issues for a few grand.. honesty and good service always wins out! Even when there was still an obscure second leak after this last repair, your guys came back in a few days, investigated it on-site and sorted it out then and there without any further questions, cost or drama.. all the best to you guys and keep up the good work.. it's not often that you get such good, reliable service these days Thank you again
I submitted a renewal for 2 cars via. the FNB app, but included the wrong proof of address for one of them. I got an e-mail from Liza Human that the doc was incorrect, and replied to her 9 minutes later with the correct attachment and included the original e-mail address it was meant to be sent to. 2 weeks later I get one of the cars discs, but the other one that needed to address re-sent still says "awaiting for docs". I called several times, left messages, NOBODY got back to me but they said "don't worry, it's still probably being processed, we think". Eventually it was cancelled and the money refunded, but this was now 3 weeks later and we were still struggling to get anybody at Road Protect to take responsibility for their mess up, and I was not willing to pay additional penalties for Road Protect's issue. Eventually after escalating to Elandi Fourie, I got my disc 2 days later, so I'm essentially happy and leaving 4 stars, even though it was a harrowing process. We pay the admin fee not to have to stand in queues and deal with the drama, so we don't expect the company servicing it to add to the drama. Backlog or not, volume or not, lockdown or not, you wouldn't have so many negative reviews if your staff just did their jobs properly in the first place. Thank you again Elandi for turning a negative experience into a positive one, there's a reason you're the manager.. I just hope your staff comes to understand that.
