If I could give this place minus stars I would. Stay away far far away. They have some internal issues some say they closed down owner says they have not. Whatever is going on there this becomes your issue and the owner Rohan could not care less. We have a customer that did their domains with them (Business) and suddenly it went down. Calling their number takes you to another provider which cant assist, eventually we got a hold of where they host their domains. We explained the issues they said according to them he is still operating, got a hold of him he said he will assist and never did also not answer any calls anymore. This is the most unprofessional and just don't care attitude I have received. I still don't have the domain transferred it was year end and month end and already two weeks struggling still have no response or assistance.

It is human nature to complain when something is wrong and say nothing when it is right, which we always expect it to be. However, some service providers go above and beyond, and that deserves appreciation and gratitude! My wifi started experiencing connectivity issues on 17 December 2021 I reported it to my service provider the next day (18th), they logged a ticket dispatched there onsite contractors the next day (19th)the guys were at my premises and re aligned the dish. All was well for a short time and again my signal deteriorated. I called Wimpie Van der Merwe and explained the situation on 28 December, again he sent his team out, again they re-aligned to get the best possible signal and advised me that if the same thing happened again, we would have to change the dish. Unfortunately the signal was still not what it was supposed to be. On 3rd January 2022, they were back, with a new dish, again took the pole down installed and configure the new dish and re-aligned everything - to no avail - it seemed that trees or something was obstructing the signal. Without hesitation they agreed to extend the pole - Sha Na Na - everything is work great! I am truly impressed by the excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile, and that is why they deserve a positive rating! Thank you Wimpie and Team.
