It's human nature to speak up when things go wrong but stay silent when they're right. Today, I want to break that pattern and give a big thank you to the team and management at Conframat Bricks – Vanderbijlpark. Under challenging circumstances, they delivered with a large truck on a narrow road and never once said 'sorry, we can't do this.' Their can-do attitude and quick, excellent service were truly impressive. Well done – you set a high standard
Don't Trust Makro Online Purchases! I placed an order with Makro Online on 25 February, received confirmation the same day, only to be informed on 28 February that they couldn’t fulfill my order. They promised a refund within 2–10 working days, which I eventually received on 3 March. However, my complaint—submitted on 28 February—was only acknowledged on 5 March, after my refund had already been processed. The lack of proactive communication and delayed response to my complaint highlight poor customer service. Makro needs to improve its stock management and support responsiveness. Be cautious when ordering online!
It is human nature to complain when something is wrong and say nothing when it is right, which we always expect it to be. However, some service providers go above and beyond, and that deserves appreciation and gratitude! My wifi started experiencing connectivity issues on 17 December 2021 I reported it to my service provider the next day (18th), they logged a ticket dispatched there onsite contractors the next day (19th)the guys were at my premises and re aligned the dish. All was well for a short time and again my signal deteriorated. I called Wimpie Van der Merwe and explained the situation on 28 December, again he sent his team out, again they re-aligned to get the best possible signal and advised me that if the same thing happened again, we would have to change the dish. Unfortunately the signal was still not what it was supposed to be. On 3rd January 2022, they were back, with a new dish, again took the pole down installed and configure the new dish and re-aligned everything - to no avail - it seemed that trees or something was obstructing the signal. Without hesitation they agreed to extend the pole - Sha Na Na - everything is work great! I am truly impressed by the excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile, and that is why they deserve a positive rating! Thank you Wimpie and Team.
After getting my vehicle back from the first panel beater for hail damage repairs I was not satisfied. I contacted the insurance company to evaluate the repairs that had been done. After inspection they agreed with me and arrangement were made for Auto Perfect to do the required repairs. My vehicle was there for a week, when they contacted me to tell me I could fetch my vehicle. The done was very well done! They even done a few extras of their own free will that I didn't even ask for! I can recommend this company without hesitation to anyone. Thank you Auto Perfect Vereeniging.
After waiting 5 months for my boat canopy and numerous conversations with Justin, who promised every time that the work was done and that he would make an arrangement with me to collect the following week, none of which happened, I eventually went to his premises to find that in actual fact nothing had been done! Unfortunately he was not there. I took my canopy and called him multiple times but never get a reply. This is a dishonest, lying useless business! Don't do business with them!
