Ocean Breeze Hotel Strans shortcomings

My wife and I booked in at Ocean Breeze Hotel from 9-11 February 2024. Positive side--everyone very friendly, safe parking under hotel. Negatives: 1. Website says TV, but once there we learned ONLY Netflix and nothing else. 2.The double bed lacked support as it was too soft and sinked in too much. 3. The only mirror was in the bathroom. The hair dryer was about 4 metres from there, hence my wife could not use it at all. After waiting for about an hour, the staff eventually found and brought a mirror from somewhere. 4 Only TWO hangers in room.
