<p>We rented a holiday home in Zimbali through Ocean2Ocean Accommodation for an amount of R 73995-00 for 10 nights. Upon arrival we found that the house was falling apart. Extremely dirty and many defects. Did report this to the agent (KIM) and they only arranged for the garage door to be repaired. We decided to leave after 3 days. The agent NEVER answered any of our calls. Just sent messages all the time stating she was busy! We decided to take legal action against the landlord and she refused to provide us any contact details. Please do not make the same mistake if you are planning to book any holiday in Ballito area rather work with agents that are professional. This agents did not even see the house personally but they rented it out. Worst of all is that KIm rented the house out to someone else after we left and she was well informed of all the issues with the house. How can anyone rip people off like that. I think that was very low of them to rent the house out to someone else. We also had to beg them to refund the breakage deposit of R 4000-00. I had to sent my banking details 3 times to KIM...??? The breakage deposit was paid back to us more than 3 weeks late. Spare yourself the drama and rather book your holiday through someone that is professional and someone that can provide a service and look after their clients. We wil NEVER use this unprofessional people again. Will report them in the local newspapers as well to ensure other people don't experience the same. What a disaster it was!!!!!!!
