I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Oceans treats our children.
Today, my daughter was removed from class for the entire day, and she is understandably disappointed with how things were handled. I enrolled her at the end of January and was informed that I needed to pay a registration fee and school fees, which I promptly paid. I was also told that the next payment would be due at the end of February. However, I was shocked to find out today that my daughter was taken out of class due to allegedly outstanding school fees.
I do not understand why this is happening. If I had known I wouldn’t be able to keep my child enrolled at this school, I would have made a different choice. It feels more like a money-making business to me, and I do not recommend enrolling your children in this institution.
Before my daughter started classes on Monday, I went to the school and provided proof of payment. I also paid for her school uniform, but no one informed me that another payment would be required after just five days. YESES
