Service gone worse
I am very frustrated that in order for one to get a response, one must complain on platforms such as this. I have complained before regarding getting a clearance certificate, and was advised to send outstanding documents, which I did on the 23rd by replying directly to the email advising me of this, however until today, no response or at least acknowledgement of my email, it went all quiet.

Debt review removal and clearance certificate
I've been trying to get clearance certificate, since September 2025 and I gave you guys everything you wanted all the paid up /prescriptions letters and I signed a letter of acknowledgement for Edgars since they couldn't find me on their systems. On the 11th I was asked to send again and I did. I am stuck can't do anything I've just been sent from pillar to post, even when I call it's a run around till I run out of airtime.

Debt not decreasing
Hi, I'm patience Tshabalala, I have been paying Octogen since 2023 however my debts has only an R8680 difference, meanwhile I have been paying R8900 on a monthly basis. I am supposed to finish and be out of debt review by next year but the debt has not moved a bit. Please assist

Bad service
I have been trying to get a clearance certificate to have my name removed from debt review as I had my contract cancelled as they were not paying on time, I have since paid off all my debt and sent the proof with no assistance. I feel so stuck as I am unable to apply for any financing due to this.

Bad service

I'm Thandeka Konile-Mdekazi. I need them to clear my name . I've cancelled their contract in 2017a d paid my debts myself because I found out that they were not paying my debts although I was paying them monthly. I paid the cancellation fee BUT my name is still under debt review until today. Octogen is completely *************, Disloyal and *******s. How can they not clear the name after 8years?
