No refund after a whole 2 weeks...

I checked out on the 27th of June 2019,till this very day I have not received my refund for the deposit. Every time I call these people they send me from pillar to post...I send emails and u get empty promises,spoke to Eunice,Jeanett and Debbie and none could assist. I was told the manager was on leave by the receptionist but I mean does it mean business must stop if a manager is on leave,that is totally not a business then. They promise to call u back and they never do...All I want is my money!!!Worst place to book at people,avoid..this is not professional at all!
