Pathetic service: Odyssey 64 Rivonia Road

It 's almost a month and yet I am still turned from pillar to post when I am asking for my deposit after staying at Odyssey in Rivonia Road. The last straw is when I call someone calling herself management with no name yet not even getting close to assisting me as "management". Give me my money Odyssey. This was my first experience with and definitely my last :( :(
