Disappointed
I am waiting for Coricraft to refund me with an amount of mire than R11 000 .They told me about 7 working days for which I was patient to wait for. 8 days down the line I'm told about another 7 days. I called almost everyday afterwards and am told several stories. My last resort is going to the store tomorrow where I paid and please make my money available upon my arrival because I am not leaving without it.Rest assured

Pathetic service: Odyssey 64 Rivonia Road
It 's almost a month and yet I am still turned from pillar to post when I am asking for my deposit after staying at Odyssey in Rivonia Road. The last straw is when I call someone calling herself management with no name yet not even getting close to assisting me as "management". Give me my money Odyssey. This was my first experience with and definitely my last :( :(

Service Excellence
I dedicated the appreciation and thanks to Amanda Ntlabathi for the excellent service. What could have turned out to be a traumatic experience for me, you managed to bring ease in a friendly and supportive manner. Advice and assistance is what one needs when they stranded. Safety becomes the main concern but you were with me throughout. :)
